Purchased tractor in April 2023. Needed filters for 50 hr service in Feb 2024. Went to service department and got what I needed. I was sold one filter that was not a match for my HST filter. I did not realize and placed it on tractor. Hydraulic fluid went everywhere.

Called spoke with Andy in service department and he made everything right even made up for the hydro fluid I lost at no cost. I would highly recommend West End for purchase of tractor and parts and service.

Just purchased my third kioti from Ron he was great as always. The owner was even out helping change out empliments from my old tractor to my new one. I like my kioti tractors but I come back because of the people at the dealership.

Russell and Hanna were so easy to deal with, there was no pressure at all, they are all super nice people to deal with, thank you.

I was loking for a bobcat zero turn mower. I whent to 4 different dealers and i was not satisfide with their prices. I whent to west end and meet ron Parker. He was really bussy, but took the time to show me around their inventory. I stay there 4 hours looking and asking question,Finaly i make my choise. a 61 inc bob cat ZT for a 1000.00 less than the other dealers. The service was amaising and their prices are way lower than the competition. I will recomend them to any one.

First impression was this business is well organized and clean. I am an owner of an older Kioti tractor KL3054 and was ready to upgrade to a newer tractor. The owner Ron was very knowledgable and help me with my purchase package. I was out the door in about an hour an half with a DS3510 Tractor, loader, forklift setup and trailer. My wife and I are very pleased with our purchase.

I have never purchased anything where the people were this friendly also you could ask them a question and get an instant answer they know there product very well have only put 3 hours on my ck35 but could not be happier called several other places but these people really made a difference in my purchase experience give them a try and you will understand. would highly recommend

Ron my salesman was great. I had never owned a new tractor and he made sure I knew everything I needed to. The financial thru Carolina farm credit was no problem but slow. We didnt find out until the next day that we were approved. Being we were over an hour and half away. The delivery guy I cant remember his name but he was prompt and on time very knolageable about the tractor and implements. And had us sign all the proper paperwork to save us another trip down.. I have already recommended several friends and co workers to west end. Will definitely give them my business again
